Spent a rainy Irish Saturday trailing the Wicklow Mountains and exploring Sally Gap, the film site of P.S. I Love You! Also visited the Glendalough area, and Avoca. It was raining cats and dogs outside, but my tour guide Joe of Coach Tours of Ireland definitely kept the sunshine with us throughout the day
For those of you in the Dublin area, I highly recommend this tour, not only was it informative and entertaining, but at the end of the day, I left the bus with a new love of the Wicklow region.
Although the rainy weather enhanced the colors of the countryside, the heavy fog that accompanied it made photography a bit difficult. I definitely suggest going on a much brighter day just to make sure you get the full experience.
Will probably be sick as sin in the morning, but it was totally worth it for a chance to capture this beautiful landscape!
